摘要
目的:观察凉泻针法治疗肝经郁热型干眼症的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例肝经郁热型干眼症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。两组主穴选取攒竹、丝竹空、太阳、风池;配穴选取行间、太冲、阳陵泉,治疗组主穴得气后用凉泻针法,对照组主穴得气后用捻转泻法。两组均留针30min,每日1次,10次为1个疗程,共2个疗程,疗程中间休息2d。2个疗程后观察患者眼部症状积分、泪液分泌量、泪膜破裂时间、角膜染色积分的变化及临床疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为96.7%,优于对照组73.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与同组治疗前比较,两组治疗后眼部症状积分及角膜染色积分与均显著降低(P<0.01),泪液分泌量、泪膜破裂时间显著增加(P<0.01),且治疗组改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:凉泻针法治疗肝经郁热型干眼症疗效肯定,值得临床上推广应用。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of cool purgative acupuncture manipulation in treating ophthalmoxerosis with stagnated heat of liver channel.Methods:Sixty ophthalmoxerosis patients with stagnated heat of liver channel were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.Cuanzhu(B2),Sizhukong(TE23),Taiyang(EX-HN5)and Fengchi(G20)were chosen as main points,and Xingjian(Liv2),Taichong(Liv3)and Yanglingquan(G34)were chosen as adjunct points.Cool purgative acupuncture manipulation was used in the treatment group after arrival of qi in the main points while twirling of needle method was used in the control group.Time of retention of needle in both groups were 30 minutes,once a day,10 times as one course of treatment,and there are 2 courses of treatment in total and 2 days of rest between two courses.The changes of ocular symptom score,tear secretion,tear film rupture time,corneal staining score and clinical efficacy were observed after two courses of treatment.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%,which was better than that of the control group was 73.3%(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the scores of ocular symptoms and corneal staining score in the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the tear secretion and tear film rupture time in the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.01).The improvement in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of cool purgative acupuncture manipulation on ophthalmoxerosis with stagnated heat of liver channel is remarkable,which is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
