摘要
目的:探讨平肝育阴清热法联合雷火灸治疗干眼症的疗效及对泪液分泌的影响。方法:选取2017年6月至2019年9月北京中医医院顺义医院眼科收治的干眼症患者140例为研究对象,根据数字表随机分组法分为观察组和对照组,每组70例。对照组患者采用平肝育阴清热法治疗,观察组患者采用平肝育阴清热法联合雷火灸治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效、药物安全性及对泪液分泌的影响。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为98.57%(69/70),明显高于对照组的91.43%(64/70),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干眼症患者治疗后的药物安全性结果显示,观察组患者的眼球肿痛、结膜水肿、眼球充血及眼干涩的发生率与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗后的泪液流量、泪膜破裂,角膜染色、眼疲劳、干涩感、异物感、畏光、眼红、眼痛感、眼胀感及烧灼感评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者明显优于对照组。结论:平肝育阴清热法联合雷火灸治疗干眼症的疗效较好,优于单用平肝育阴清热法,且安全性较高。
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the efficacy of Pinggan Yuyin heat-clearing method combined with thunder fire moxibustion on dry eye and its effects on tear secretion.METHODS:Totally 140 patients with dry eye admitted into ophtalmology department of Shunyi Hospital,Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Jun.2017 to Sept.2019 were divided into the observation group and the control group via random grouping method according to the number table,with 70 cases in each group.The control group was given Pinggan Yuyin heat-clearing method treatment,while the observation group received Pinggan Yuyin heat-clearing method combined with thunder fire moxibustion treatment.The clinical efficacy,drug safety and effects on tear secretion of two groups were observed.RESULTS:The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 98.57%(69/70),significantly higher than 91.43%(64/70)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the drug safety results for patients with dry eye after treatment showed that the incidence of eyeball swelling and pain,conjunctival edema,eyeball congestion and ocular dryness in the observation group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,there were statistically significant differences in the scores of tear flow,tear film rupture,corneal staining,eye fatigue,dryness,foreign body sensation,photophobia,redness,eye pain,eye distension and burning sensation between two groups(P<0.05),the above scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group.CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of Pinggan Yuyin heat-clearing method combined withthunder fire moxibustion is better than the single use of Pinggan Yuyin heat-clearing method,and the safety is higher.
