摘要
目的探讨丹栀逍遥散联合针刺疗法在青光眼性视神经萎缩患者中的治疗效果。方法选取2021年5月—2023年6月我院收治的60例青光眼性视神经萎缩患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用丹栀逍遥散联合针刺疗法。对比两组临床疗效、眼压、视力、视野指标及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%,眼压为(13.40±1.45)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),低于对照组的(15.71±1.53)mmHg,最佳矫正视力为(0.89±0.12)、视野平均缺损值为(-11.50±1.46)、视野平均光敏度为(22.23±3.43),均高于对照组的(0.75±0.14)、(-12.99±1.37)dB、(18.39±2.46)dB,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丹栀逍遥散联合针刺疗法可以增强青光眼性视神经萎缩的治疗效果,改善患者视野与视力,降低眼压,安全性高。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder combined with acupuncture in patients with glaucoma optic atrophy.Methods 60 patients with glaucoma optic nerve atrophy admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to 2023 were selected as the research objects and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,while the observation group was given Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder combined with acupuncture.Compare the clinical efficacy,intraocular pressure,visual acuity,visual field indicators,and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33%of the control group,the intraocular pressure(13.40±1.45)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)was lower than(15.71±1.53)mmHg of the control group,the best corrected visual acuity was(0.89±0.12),the average visual field defect was(-11.50±1.46)dB,and the average visual field photosensitivity was(22.23±3.43)dB,which was higher than(0.75±0.14),(-12.99±1.37)dB,and(18.39±2.46)dB of the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder combined with acupuncture can enhance the therapeutic effect of glaucoma optic atrophy,improve visual field and vision,reduce intraocular pressure,and has high safety.
