摘要
本文对孙河教授应用"疏肝通窍法"治疗原发性青光眼引起的视神经萎缩的经验进行总结。"疏肝通窍法"为孙河教授依据中医基础理论结合临床经验总结而成,适用于经西医治疗后眼压正常的原发性青光眼(包括开角型和闭角型)导致的视神经萎缩患者。本法以"疏肝解郁,通窍明目"为治疗原则,其治疗方法包括经验方"通窍明目Ⅳ号"及针刺治疗。相关实验研究证实,应用"疏肝通窍法"可以治疗青光眼视神经萎缩,阻断视网膜神经节细胞凋亡,保护视神经,改善视功能。本文将从立法依据、方药组成、针刺选穴及相关作用机制研究等方面对"疏肝通窍法"进行介绍。
This article summarized Professor Sun He’s experience in treating optic atrophy caused by primary glaucoma by soothing the liver and opening the orifices. The method of soothing the liver and opening the orifices was summarized by Professor Sun He according to the basic theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with clinical experience. It is suitable for primary glaucoma patients(including open angle and closed angle) with normal intraocular pressure after western medicine treatment. The method of soothing the liver and opening the orifices takes soothing the liver and releasing the stagnation, opening the orifices and improving the vision as the treatment principle, specific means including the Tongqiao Mingmu Ⅳ formula which is composed of experience and acupuncture. Relevant experimental studies confirmed that the method of soothing the liver and opening the orifices could treat glaucoma optic atrophy, block retinal ganglion cell apoptosis, protect optic nerve and improve visual function. This article introduced the method of soothing the liver and opening the orifices from angle of confirmation of therapeutic method, prescription composition, acupuncture point selection and related mechanism.
