摘要
目的观察癃畅颗粒结合针刺治疗良性前列腺增生症(BPH)病人症状改善效果。方法选取符合纳入标准的病人60例,以随机单盲法分为观察组和对照组,观察组口服癃畅颗粒每次1袋,每日2次口服,针刺选穴气海、中极、关元、肾俞、膀胱俞,留针30 min,每日1次;对照组口服舍尼通片每次1片,每日2次口服,2组治疗周期均为14 d。治疗14 d后,对最大尿流率(Qmax)、膀胱残余尿(PRV)以及前列腺体积(PV)、国际前列腺症状指数(I-PSS)及生活质量(QOL)进行测评,判定疗效。结果观察组总有效率为83.33%,对照组总有效率为63.33%,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组在减少I-PSS评分,提高Qmax,改善PRV及QOL方面优于对照组(P<0.05),但在改善PV方面疗效不显著(P>0.05)。结论癃畅颗粒结合针刺可有效改善BPH病人临床症状,提升其生活质量。
Objective To observe the effect of Longchang Granules combined with acupuncture on symptom improvement in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).Methods Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was orally administered 1 bag of Longchang Granules each time,twice a day,and treated simultaneously with acupuncture at selected points of qihai,zhongji,guanyuan,shenshu and pangguangshu,with the needles retained for 30 minutes,once a day.The control group was given orally Shenitong Tablets,one tablet each time,twice a day.The treatment cycle of both groups was 14 days.After one course of treatment (14 days for one course),the maximum urine flow rate (Qmax),bladder residual urine (PRV),prostate volume (PV),the International Prostate Symptom Index (I-PSS) score and quality of life score (QOL) were evaluated and compared between the two groups before treatment as well as on the 14th days after treatment to determine the efficacy.Results The total effective rate was 83.33% in the observation group and 63.33% in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The observation group was superior to the control group in reducing IPSS score,increasing Qmax,improving PRV and QOL (P<0.05),but the effect on improving PV was not obvious (P>0.05).Conclusion Longchang Granules combined with acupuncture can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of BPH patients and improve their quality of life.
