摘要
优选了逐瘀止痛远红外灸贴的醇提工艺。以桃仁中苦杏仁苷得率及干膏得率作为考察指标,在单因素实验基础上,采用正交设计选出逐瘀止痛远红外灸贴的醇提工艺。优选出的醇提工艺为:首先将生药浸泡1h,后加入4倍药材量乙醇(70%,质量分数)(第二次同样加入4倍药材量乙醇(70%,质量分数)),以1.5 h作为每次的回流时间,进行2次回流提取,此时苦杏仁苷得率和干膏得率均优于其他提取条件。该工艺稳定可靠,省时节能,可以用作大规模生产。
To optimize the alcohol extraction process of blood stasis and pain relieving far-infrared moxibustion sticker,taking the yield of amygdalin and the yield of dry paste in peach kernel as the indicators,based on the single factor experiment,the orthogonal design was used to optimize the alcohol extraction process.The preferred alcohol extraction process was determined as follows:the immersion time 1 h,70%ethanol use amount 4 times of the quantity of medicinal materials(the second 70%ethanol use amount also was 4 times),each reflux extraction time 2 h,and reflux extraction times 2 times.The process is stable and reliable,saves time and energy,and can be used in large scale production.
