摘要
本文对最接近眼球的3个穴位即睛明、上明和承泣穴,从组织解剖关系,进针手法,并发症及如何妥善处治等方面进行了论述,旨在提高疗效,妥善处治医源性并发症,尤其是避免误伤眼球。
In order to improve the curative effect,reduce iatrogenic complications,especially to avoid accidentally bruised eye,this article discussed the three near eyeball acupoints,Jingming（BL1）,Shangming（Extra） and Chengqi（ST1）,from the anatomical position,needling manipulation to the complication and the suitable treatment.
