摘要
目的:总结辽宁中医药大学附属医院皮肤科2017年4月-2018年4月诊治的67例肝经郁热型带状疱疹患者的临床特点及四联疗法联合针灸治疗的临床疗效。方法:分析带状疱疹患者临床资料,运用四联疗法即中药、抗病毒药物、维生素与糖皮质激素联合应用治疗67例带状疱疹患者,并重点分析治疗方案。结果:带状疱疹67例中,据皮损、并发症及个体差异确定病情严重程度,并排除有激素禁忌证后,予四联疗法治疗,痊愈13例(19.40%),显效35例(52.24%),有效18例(26.86%),无效1例(1.50%)。总有效率达98.5%。结论:四联疗法联合针灸治疗带状疱疹临床疗效满意,可有效抗病毒、减轻炎症,调节细胞免疫,阻止对神经的毒性及破坏作用,减少后遗神经痛的发生。针灸可增强痛经活络之功,促进神经修复。
Objective:To summarize the clinical characteristics of 67 cases of patients with herpes zoster with liver meridian stagnation fever,diagnosed and treated in dermatology department of affiliated hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2017 to April 2018,and the clinical effect of quadruple therapy combined with acupuncture treatment.Methods:The clinical data of 67 cases of herpes zoster were analyzed and treated with quadruple therapy,namely,the combination of traditional Chinese medicine,antiviral medicine,vitamin and glucocorticoid.Results:Among the 67 cases of shingles,the severity of the disease was determined according to the skin lesions,complications and individual differences,and after the hormone contraindication was excluded,the patients were treated with quadruple therapy,with 13 cases(19.40%)were cured,35 cases(52.24%)showed obvious effects,18 cases(26.86%)were effective,and 1 case(1.50%)was ineffective.The total effective rate was 98.5%.Conclusion:Quadruple therapy combined with acupuncture had satisfactory clinical efficacy in treating herpes zoster with anti-virus,reducing inflammation,regulating cellular immunity,preventing the toxicity and destruction of nerve,and reducing the occurrence of postherpetic neuralgia.Acupuncture and moxibustion could enhance the function of dysmenorrhea and invigorate nerve repair.
