摘要
目的探讨综合疼痛护理模式在带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者中的应用效果,为临床护理工作提供参考。方法选取该院2016年1月~2018年1月收治的带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者106例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各53例。对照组患者采用常规的护理方式进行干预,观察组患者在对照组的基础上实施综合疼痛护理模式干预。对两组患者的疼痛程度、睡眠质量及护理满意度进行统计学分析。结果观察组患者护理1周及2周后的疼痛程度NRS评分(Numerical Rating Scale)及睡眠质量PSQI(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index)评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度为98.11%,显著高于对照组的83.02%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合疼痛护理干预可显著减轻带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的疼痛感,改善其睡眠质量,提升患者的护理满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive pain nursing mode in patients with postherpetic neuralgia, so as to provide reference for clinical nursing work. Methods A total of 106 cases of postherpetic neuralgia treated in this hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 53 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group received comprehensive pain nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The pain degree, sleep quality and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The pain degree NRS score and sleep quality PSQI score of the observation group after 1 and 2 weeks were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), and the nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was 98.11%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (83.02%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Comprehensive pain nursing intervention can significantly reduce the pain of patients with herpes zoster neuralgia, improve their sleep quality and improve the patient's nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
