摘要
目的了解绵阳市科学城辖区20岁以上居民(以科研人员为主)健康状况,为后续制定有效改善措施提供支撑。方法2018年4-6月采取随机抽样方法对科学城辖区20岁以上居民(以科研人员为主)进行健康饮食习惯和娱乐方式的问卷调查。结果共收集调查问卷3 515份,大部分被调查者自认为生活较为规律,但熬夜人数较多,中午需相应的午休时间补充精力。饮食习惯和娱乐方式呈多元化,但仍存在不吃早饭、缺乏运动等不健康行为。结论需通过普及健康常识,丰富娱乐方式的多元化、健康化,促进20岁以上居民(以科研人员为主)形成良好的饮食习惯、增强体育锻炼、改善健康状况。
Objective To understand the health situation among the residents aged over 20 years old(mainly scientific research staffs)in the administrative region of Science City in the Mianyang City to provide the support for successively formulating the effective improvement measures.Methods The random sampling method was adopted to conduct the questionnaire survey on the health dietary habits and entertainment modes among the residents aged over 20 years old in the administrative region of Science City.Results A total of 3 515 questionnaires were collected,the majority of respondents thought that they lived a regular life,but there were more people staying up late and needed the correspondent lunch break time for replenishing the vigor.The dietary habits and entertainment modes showed the diversification,but there were still many unhealthy behaviors such as no breakfast and lack of exercise.Conclusion Popularizing the healthy knowledge and enriching the diversification and health of entertainment modes promote the residents aged 20 years old(mainly scientific research staffs)to form the good dietary habits and enhance the physical exercise for improving the healthy status.
