摘要
目的了解昆山市中小学教师健康素养具备率及影响因素。方法使用分层随机整群抽样法,抽取昆山市16所中小学校1455名教师进行问卷调查。结果共发放问卷1455份,收回有效问卷1447份,有效率99.5%。昆山市中小学教师健康素养具备率为59.5%,金、银、铜奖学校及未创建健康促进学校的教师健康素养具备率依次为73.3%、61.6%、54.9%和53.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=23.758,P<0.001)。Exhaustive CHAID分类树模型显示,影响中小学教师健康素养具备率最重要的因素是健康促进学校创建等级(χ~2=23.557,P<0.001)。结论昆山市中小学教师健康素养具备率较高,但仍有提升空间;健康促进学校创建等级是主要影响因素。
Objective To investigate the health literacy level and influencing factors of school teachers in Kunshan.Methods A total of 1445 primary and secondary school teachers from 16 schools of Kunshan were selected by stratified random cluster sampling and were investigated with health literacy questionnaire.Results A total of 1455 questionnaires were distributed and 1447 were valid,the effective rate was 99.5%.The health literacy level of primary and secondary school teachers in Kunshan was 59.5%.The level of teachers’health literacy of gold,silver,bronze and non-established health promotion schools were 73.3%,61.6%,54.9%and 53.0%respectively,with statistical significance(χ~2=23.758,P<0.001).The Exhaustive chi-squared automatic interaction detector classification tree model showed that the most important factor affecting the health literacy level of primary and secondary school teachers was the health-promoting school level(χ~2=23.557,P<0.001).Conclusion The health literacy level of primary and secondary school teachers in Kunshan was high,but there was still much room for improvement.The main factor affecting the health literacy level was the health-promoting school level.
