摘要
高等教育内涵式发展既是党和国家对我国高等教育发展的大政方针,也是新时代建设高等教育强国的核心要求。高等教育从以规模扩张为特征的外延式发展向以质量提升为核心的内涵式发展转变,对高校科技成果转化提出了新的要求。基于内涵式发展背景,高校科技成果转化应从加速学科交叉、健全考评体系、落实制度保障等方面着手,直面新挑战与新机遇。
The connotative development of higher education is not only the major policy of the party and the state to the development of higher education in China,but also the core requirement of building a strong country of higher education in the new era.The transformation of higher education from the extensive development characterized by the scale expansion to the connotative development centered on the quality improvement puts forward new requirements for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities.In the context of connotative development,the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities should face up to new challenges and opportunities from the aspects of accelerating the interdisciplinary,perfecting the evaluation system and implementing the system guarantee.
