摘要
以水产科研院所为典型案例,对科研机构科技成果的转化机制进行了实证分析。收益型成果转化是水产科研院所渔业科技成果转化的主要模式之一,其中包括内生转化和外生转化。文章分别以武汉市农科院水产研究所、中国水产科学研究院渔业机械仪器研究所为分析案例,介绍内生转化和外生转化两种方式在运行机制、推广成效上的不同,以及各模式存在的问题,从而提出加快农业科技成果转化的对策建议。
Taking the aquatic research institutes as typical cases,an empirical analysis was carried out on the transformation mechanism of scientific and technological achievements of scientific research institutions.The revenue-oriented transformation was one of the main modes of the transformation of fishery science and technology achievements in China’s aquatic research institutes,including endogenous transformation and exogenous transformation.Taking the Fisheries Research Institute of Wuhan Academy of Agricultural Sciences and the Fishery Machinery and Instrument Research Institute of China Academy of Fishery Sciences as examples,this paper introduced the differences in the operation mechanism and promotion effect between the endogenous transformation and exogenous transformation,and pointed out the problems in both the two.Suggestions on speeding up the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements were proposed.
