摘要
为解决体育运动员食品生产和加工过程中的安全问题,提出从饮用安全角度看体育运动员的食品安全的观点。文章从饮用安全角度,分别探讨体育运动员食品安全体系、食品安全关键环节控制和食品安全监管方式,并依据中国食品安全控制,提出几点对策,通过健全食品安全体系,完善食品安全监管方式,加强关键控制环节,落实体育运动员食品安全的实施。
In order to solve the safety problem during the production and processing of athletes’food,the viewpoint of“Study on food safety of athletes from the prospective of beverage and food safety”is presented.This article focus on the beverage and food safety,investigating the quality system,the key node control and the regulation method of athletes’food safety.And it presents some solutions according to the food safety control of China to ensure the food safety of athletes by enhancing the quality system,the key node control and the regulation method.
