摘要
多胺是一大类重要的植物生长调节物质,在植物生长与发育过程中发挥着重要作用。烟草胚胎发生是烟草种子形成的关键过程,研究多胺对烟草胚胎生长的影响情况是探索多胺对植物种子形成所起作用的重要途径。本研究通过分离烟草早期胚胎并在体外对其进行离体培养,对比研究烟草早期胚胎在10μmol/L,100μmol/L及1000μmol/L不同浓度多胺处理下的离体生长状况。研究结果表明100μmol/L的亚精胺可以有效地促进烟草二胞原胚的生长和分裂。此外,实验还发现亚精胺有生长素对不同时期烟草胚胎离体生长相似的作用效果。
Polyamines are the important plant growth regulators that play major roles in regulation of plant growth and development. Embryogenesis is the key process of seed formation. We try to understand the effects of polyamines on in vitro growth of tobacco embryo by adding different dosages of putrescine, spermidine and spermine. Different concentration of polyamine including 10 μmol/L, 100 μmol/L and 1000 μmol/L were added in media to compare the growth of early embryo under other growth products. The results showed that spermidine(100 μmol/L) can stimulate the division and growth of the two-celled proembryo effectively. Additional, we found that spermidine would function as auxin during embryogenesis under in vitro culture.
