摘要
对30年生 Troyer 枳橙砧(Citrus sinensis×Poncirus trifoliata)华盛顿脐橙[Citrussinensis(L.)Osbeck]及20年生枳砧[Poncirus trifoliata(L.)Raf.]宫川温州蜜柑(Citrus unshiuMarc.)进行开花期游离多胺变化规律研究,并于露白期对结果枝局部喷施200mmol·1^(-1)尿素、100mmol·1^(-1)精氨酸及10mmol·1^(-1)的腐胺,以清水为对照。结果表明,花期以腐胺含量变化最为明显,盛花期达高峰。3种处理均较对照显著地提高了花朵组织的腐胺含量,并有效地提高了坐果率。
The changes of free polyamines content was determined during anthesis of 30-year-old'Washingtont' navel orange on Troyer citrange and 20-year-old Miyagawa Satsuma on trifoliate orange.Foliar sprays of 200 mmol·1^(-1)low-biuret urea,100 mmol·1^(-1)arginine,and 10mmol·1^(-1)putrescine to reproductive shoots at white petal appearance stage were conducted.It was shown that during anthesis putrescine level changed most drametically and it peaked at full bloom.All treatments significantly increased putrescine content of flower tissue and effectively improved fruit set (P<0.05)as compared to control.
