摘要
本文阐述了废旧纺织品回收再利用过程的技术瓶颈及近红外技术主要特点,并重点分析了近红外技术应用于废旧纺织品鉴别及成分预测上的原理及特点,同时,也指出了目前近红外应用于废旧纺织品鉴别及成分预测上所存在的问题及可行性展望。分析表明,近红外技术应用于废旧纺织品鉴别及成分预测是可行的,一方面可以解决制约废旧纺织品回收再利用的技术瓶颈——分拣的问题,另一方面又可以提高废旧纺织品回收再利用产品的质量。
The article elaborates the technical bottlenecks of waste textiles recycling process and main characteristics of the near-infrared technology used in the identification and composition prediction of waste textiles. It also points out the existing problems and feasibility of using near-infrared technology for the identiifcation and composition prediction of waste textiles. It claims that it is feasible to identify and predict the composition of waste textiles by using near-infrared technology, for on one hand, it can break the technical bottleneck that constraints the recycling and reutilization of waste textiles - sorting, and on the other hand it can improve the quality of products regenerated from waste textiles.
