摘要
基于机器视觉技术的棉花异性纤维分拣是近几年来国内外研究的热点,为了有效分拣棉花中含有的与棉花色泽相近的异性纤维,提出了一种结合紫外线荧光效应的机器视觉方法应用于分拣棉花中的异性纤维。该方法利用紫外线的荧光效应突出与棉纤维色泽相近的异性纤维与棉纤维的特征差别,并根据异性纤维的类型归纳,提出了用非线性阈值判断算法进行检测。试验结果表明,在紫外线照射下,90%以上的白色异性纤维特征发生明显变化,算法具有非常高的拣出率,系统可以有效地清除棉花中异性纤维杂质。
White foreign fibers in cotton cannot be detected by current technologies.In this paper,the method for detecting the white foreign fibers using fluorescent effect of ultra violet is proposed.According to this method,the fluorescent effect of ultra violet can turn more than 90% of the white foreign fibers into blue ones.In addition, according to the foreign fibers’ category,the non-linear threshold algorithm can identify them from the cotton easily.The result indicated that the effect of using ultra violet is very obvious and the algorithm is highly effective.This method provides a feasible and an effective way to detect and clear out the foreign fibers in cotton.
