摘要
利用自行研制的“纤维制品主体组分高效识别与分拣装置”探讨了织物测试厚度、设备运行速度、扫描积分时间及扫描次数等因素对设备在线近红外检测的影响,并将常见织物的在线近红外谱图与光栅型近红外仪测得的离线谱图进行了比较。研究结果表明:每类织物的在线近红外谱图的分辨率虽有所降低,但均存在明显的特征吸收峰,且采集的谱图重复性良好。因此,该设备可用于纤维织物的在线识别与分拣。其最佳检测条件为:对于经纬密度紧密的机织物样品,测试厚度应在1mm以上,对于疏松的针织物样品,测试厚度应在2.5mm以上,设备运行速度以低速(0.41m/s)为佳,扫描积分时间1ms,扫描次数10次。所得检测条件为后续纤维织物的在线检测提供了参考依据。
Effects of fabric testing thickness,equipment running speed,scan integration time and scan times on the online near infrared detection of equipment were discussed by using a self-developed"high-efficiency identification and sorting device for the main components in fiber products".The online near infrared spectrum was compared with the offline spectrum acquired using a raster type near infrared spectrometer.Although the resolution of the online near infrared spectrum of each kind of fabric was reduced,there were obvious characteristic absorption peaks,and the repeatability for the acquired spectrum was good,which indicated that the device could be used for online identification and sorting of fabrics.The best detection conditions were as follows:the test thicknesses for the tight woven fabric samples and the loose knitted fabric samples:1 mm or more and 2.5 mm or more,respectively,the equipment running speed:0.41 m/s,scan integration time:1 millisecond(ms),and the scan times:10 times.The test conditions obtained provided a reference for the online detection of the subsequent fiber fabric.
