摘要
近年来废旧纺织品数量急剧增长,其中以涤纶和棉为原料的纺织品数量居多,而废旧纺织品的组分构成复杂,根据纺织品用途不同,加工过程中添加的各种染料、颜料和助剂等给回收处理带来一定困难。针对废旧纺织品如何回收处理再利用,文章主要综述以涤纶和棉为原料的废旧纺织品的组分分离以及脱色处理的研究进展。详细阐述水热法、醇解法、离子液体法等分离纺织品的方法及最新研究进展;介绍不同组分构成纺织品的脱色工艺;并展望废旧纺织品回收利用的发展趋势。
In recent years,the number of waste textiles has increased sharply,among which the number of textiles with polyester and cotton as raw materials is in the majority.How to recycle and reuse waste textiles has become a hot topic in academia and society nowadays.The composition of waste textiles is complex.According to the different uses of textiles,various dyes,pigments and additives added in the processing process bring some difficulties to the recycling treatment.This paper mainly summarizes the research progress of component separation and decolorization of waste textiles made of polyester and cotton,expounds in detail the methods and latest progress of separating textiles by hydrothermal method,alcoholysis method and ionic liquid method,introduces the decolorization process of textiles composed of different components,and looks forward to the development trend of recycling of waste textiles.
