摘要
考虑几种主要随机因素 :缺陷尺寸、工况载荷、断裂韧性、机械强度等参数的不确定性 ,针对石油化工工业管道上可能存在的各种缺陷类型 ,基于PD 6 4 93,R/H/R6 - 95和SAPV(95 )三种权威的失效评定规范 ,编制了通用的含缺陷压力管系断裂失效风险分析系统。运用其中的R/H/R6 - 95模块的选择 1计算了一条典型的具有多种类型缺陷的工业管道 ,程序对每个缺陷单独进行评定 ,给出了单个缺陷的失效概率 ,并最终给出整条管线的失效概率。含缺陷压力管系断裂失效风险分析系统不仅准确实现了各规范的技术要求 ,且工程应用极为方便 ,操作简单 ,运行稳定 ,计算效率高。实践证明 。
Fracture failure risk analysis for pressure piping system containing defects is programmed, considering several main random factors, such as defect sizes, suffered loads, material fracture toughness and mechanical intensity, analyzing various probable defects in petrochemical industrial piping, based on PD 6493, R/H/R6-95 and SAPV (95), a general fracture failure risk analysis for pressure piping system containing defects was worked out. The industrial piping with many defects is calculated applying R/H/R6-95 module option 1 assessment program. Each defect is assessed respectively and failure probability of every defect is given. Meanwhile, changing trend of defect failure probability is examined by modulating K factor fracture toughness and failure probability of the whole piping system is finally obtained. The result shows that the calculating program can be widely used in industrial piping system.
