摘要
建立了SPV490Q钢制储罐的基于工程评定法的失效评定曲线(FAC),并与R6通用FAC进行比较,结果认为基于EPRI工程评定法的FAC与R6通用FAC变化趋势一致。寿命研究发现,应力腐蚀所造成的原油储罐失效十分迅速,在罐底沉积水环境下,一旦发生应力腐蚀裂纹扩展,3个多月就可能发生穿透或断裂;在饱和硫化氢溶液下不到一个月就可能发生破坏。
The failure assessment curve (FAC) of SPV490Q steel used in large - scale crude oil tanks was built and compared with R6 general FAC based on engineering assessment method. The results showed that the two curves varied no difference. The life prediction for large - scale crude oil tank indicated that the tank would failure quickly by stress corrosion, and it could break in tank bottom sedimentation water once stress corrosion crack propagated only in less than four months, as well as in saturation H2S solution no more than one month.
