摘要
针对原油储罐的构造和运行特点,分析罐底板腐蚀的主要原因是罐底沉积水和地下水。阐述罐底板采用阴极保护技术的可行性,并以1万m3原油储罐底板阴极保护试验结果,说明防护效果完全达到GBJ74-84《石油库设计规范》的有关要求。
By combining the structural and operational features of oil storage tanks, it is analyzed that the main causes of corrosion on bottom plates are from the depositional water in tanks and the underground water Under tanks. It also expounds the feasibility of cathodic protection on the bottom plates of tanks. By making cathodic protection tests on the bottom plate of a 10, 000m3tank,it is shown that its protective effects fully meet the related requirements of the Design Code of Oil Depot (GBJ74-84).
