摘要
随着我国石油战略储备计划的实施,高硫原油的大型储罐建设成为必然趋势,大型原油储罐应力腐蚀开裂的危害性也越来越大。介绍对大型原油储罐应力腐蚀开裂研究的必要性,简述了应力腐蚀机理,重点介绍大型储罐应力腐蚀开裂的影响因素与特征。并提出相应的防护措施,指出大型储罐用高强钢的应力腐蚀试验及安全评定、寿命预测是该领域今后工作的一个重点,声发射在线检测技术是今后发展的方向。
With the implementation of oil strategy reserve program of China,the reserve of crude oil with high sulfur content becomes inevitable,and the stress corrosion cracking(SCC) in large-scale crude oil tanks becomes a greater danger.In this paper the necessity for researching the SCC in large-scale crude oil tanks is introduced.and the mechanism of SCC is also explained.The emphasis is put on the introduction of the characters and influence factors of SCC in large-scale crude oil tanks.According to these,some protection measures for large-scale crude oil tanks are put forward.According to the research status,it is proposed that one research priority of this field is the stress corrosion tests,safety assessment and life prediction for large-scale tanks,and on-line detection technology by acoustic emission is the development direction.
