摘要
针对含缺陷石油化工工业管道可能存在的各种缺陷类型 ,充分考虑缺陷尺寸、工况载荷、断裂韧度及机械强度等主要随机变量的不确定性 ,基于PD 6 4 93、R/H/R6 - 95和SAPV(99) 3种权威的失效评定规范 ,开发了通用的含缺陷压力管系断裂失效风险分析系统。运用其中PD 6 4 93模块的二级评定 ,对 1条具有多种类型缺陷的典型工业管系进行风险分析 ,求出了管系所有缺陷的安全概率 。
Based on PD 6493, R/H/R6-95 and SAPV(99),fracture failure risk analysis system is developed for assessing pressure piping system containing various defects,considering the uncertainties of several main random variables,such as defect sizes,suffered loads,material fracture toughness.A industrial piping with many typical defects is calculated applying PD 6493 module LEVEL 1 assessment program.Each defect is assessed respectively and safety probability of every defect is given.Finally, failure probability of the whole piping system is obtained.
