摘要 介绍了基于概率断裂力学的含凹坑压力管道的安全评定方法。根据GB/T 19624—2004《在用含缺陷压力容器安全评定》附录H中压力管道直管段体积缺陷安全评定方法,应用一次二阶矩阵法和蒙特卡罗法抽样模拟,计算了某含凹坑缺陷的压力管道的可靠性,利用概率公式计算管道的失效概率值,结果表明,裂纹尺寸、断裂韧度及载荷对失效概率影响较大。根据该法对实例管道进行了安全评定。 Safety Assessment of pressure pipe with pit defects based on the probability fracture mechanics was introduced. It was based on safety assessment of pressure pipe with volume defect from appendix H of GB/T19624- 2004 Safety Assessment for Pressure Vessels in Service Containting Defects to Assess Pipes, applying first-order second-moment method and Monte-Carlo for sampling, then using probability formula to calculate disable probability value of pipe. It shows that load ,fracture toughness, and crack size have much effect to do with the failure probability. The safety assessment is done for the pipe with pit defect.
