摘要
为了提高个性化服装样版生成效率,提出了一种基于AutoCAD参数化和圆弧拟合曲线的参数化服装制版方法。利用圆弧拟合服装样版轮廓曲线,结合AutoCAD参数化功能中的几何约束和标注约束,构建参数化服装样版;一旦参数化样版建立,对于具体的人体尺寸,只需调整参数和函数关系式,便可快速生成个性化服装样版。参数化圆弧约束模型可以拟合服装中的所有曲线并且可驱动服装样版轮廓曲线,通过该方法构建的服装样版其任意参数均可调整。该方法的提出使得服装纸样生成设计简单快速,有效地提高了服装数字化智能制造水平,为实现个性化服装样版快速生成提供了一种有效的途径。
In order to improve the efficiency of personality apparel pattern generation, a parametric apparel pattern-making method based on AutoCAD parameterization and curve fitting with arc was proposed. Based on the arc fitting curve the contour curve of the garment and geometric constraint and dimensional constraint in AutoCAD parameterization function, parametric apparel pattern can be established. Once the parametric template was created, for specific human body, a new personality apparel pattern can be generated by adjusting the parameters and formula relationship in the parametric apparel pattern. The parametric arc constraint model can fit all the curves in the garment and can drive the garment pattern contour curve. The apparel pattern constructed by this method can be adjusted with any parameters, which has good flexibility and adaptability. The proposed method made the design of apparel pattern generation simple and fast, effectively improved the level of digital intelligent manufacturing of garments, and provided an effective way to realize the rapid generation of personality apparel pattern.
