摘要
现代政治实践表明,文化对政党组织和政治制度具有重要的型塑作用。文化是政党组织及其构建制度的重要渊源;政党组织是文化影响政治制度的关键媒介;政治制度是文化型塑政党组织的具体表征。中国的新型政党制度也反映了传统文化继承的基因和密码,"多元一体"、"和合文化"、"天下为公"和"兼容并包"等中华优秀传统文化因素深刻地影响了中国新型政党制度的内在生成。中国特色社会主义进入新时代,要立足中华优秀传统文化,尊重政治发展客观实践,从增强先进性,提高功能性和扩大影响力等方面坚持和完善中国新型政党制度。
Modern political practice shows that culture plays an important role in shaping party organizations and political systems.Culture is a critical source of political parties and their systems;parties serve as the key medium through which culture influences political systems;the political system is the manifestation of culture shaping political parties.China’s new type of party systemfully reflects the good interaction among the inheritance of traditional culture,the development of party organizations and the construction of political systems.Great traditional Chinese culture such as "pluralistic integration","harmony","all under heaven are equal" and "inclusiveness" constitute the inherent genes of the Communist Party of China and the new type of party system of China.As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,we should base ourselves on Chinese traditional culture,value the rules and practices of political development,so as to stand for and improve the new type of party system by enhancing its advanced nature,promoting its functionality and expanding its influence.
