摘要
为探究淫羊藿药渣栽培平菇生长情况和改善贵州淫羊藿废弃药渣资源的再利用问题,采用重点实验室培养的平菇菌株,将不同比例的淫羊藿药渣添加到栽培料中,并与玉米杆栽培料进行对比,比较各处理条件下平菇菌丝性状、发育性状和产量性状等差异。结果表明:以淫羊藿药渣为主基质,配方为淫羊霍54%、玉米面3%、普钙10%、石灰3%、玉米芯15%、麸皮15%的T3处理栽培平菇其产量指标表现较好,生物学转化率较高。
In order to investigate the growth of Pleurotus ostreatus cultivated on Epimedium residue and to improve the reuse of waste dregs resources of Epimedium in Guizhou, the strains of P.ostreatus were cultured by key laboratory, and the mycelium traits, developmental traits and yield traits of P.ostreatus were compared among different treatment conditions with different proportion of Epimedium residue and corn straw as main component, respectively. The results showed that T3 treatment with Epimedium residue as main cultivation substrate had good performance in yield traits and higher biological conversion rate.
