油茶饼粕代料栽培平菇混料配方的优化 被引量:4

摘要 为了合理利用油茶饼粕,将油茶饼粕用于代料栽培平菇。本研究采用D-最优混料设计方法,以生物学效率为指标,在筛选得到基础栽培配方和限定配比的基础上,用Design-expert软件进行数据统计分析,通过建立回归方程及响应面优化分析,获得优化配方。结果表明:油茶饼粕16.1%、棉籽壳34.5%、木屑37.4%、糖1%,石膏粉1%为最优配方,其生物学效率预测值是103.565%,生物学效率实测值是(100.84±3.07)%,与预测值基本一致,且重复性好。优选出的配方可用于油茶饼粕代料栽培平菇,有利于提高平菇的产量和节约成本,为油茶饼粕的合理利用和平菇栽培提供理论基础。 In order to make rational use of Camellia oleifera seed meal, Camellia oleifera meal was used as a substitute for cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus. In this study, the D-optimal mixture design method was adopted and the biological efficiency was taken as the index. On the basis of screening the basic cultivation formula and limiting the proportion, the optimized formula was obtained by establishing regression equation and response surface optimization analysis. The results showed that the best formula was: Camellia oleifera cake 16.1 %, cottonseed shell 34.5 %, sawdust 37.4 %, sugar 1 %, gypsum powder. Its biological efficiency predicted value was 103.565 %, which was basically consistent with the measured value (100.84±3.07)% with good reproducibility. The optimized formula can be used in the cultivation of Pleurotus oedodes with Camellia oleifera cake, which is helpful to increase the yield and save the cost of Pleurotus oedodes, and provide a theoretical basis for the rational utilization of Camellia oleifera meal and cultivation of Pleurotus oedodes.
