摘要
系统研究了饲料中粗蛋白测定中消化温度、消化时间、催化剂用量、蒸馏时间等对粗蛋白测定的影响,并对凯氏定氮法中的一些注意事项进行了讨论。
A lot of experimental parameters such as digestion temperature and distillation time that may influence the accuracy of crude protein analysis were studied, and some noteworthy issues were also proposed for Kjeldahl protein analysis method.
