口服疟疾预防药物复方双氢青蒿素片的跟踪调查 被引量:5

Follow-up survey of compound dihydroartemisinin tablets for the prevention of malaria

摘要 目的评价复方双氢青蒿素片的疟疾预防效果、不良反应及对血细胞分析和生化指标检测结果的影响。方法对中国驻刚果(金)维和二级医院的43名工作人员服用疟疾预防药物复方双氢青蒿素片进行跟踪调查,采集血液样本进行疟原虫检测、全血细胞分析及生化指标检测。结果定期服用复方双氢青蒿素片的43名二级医院工作人员6个月内疟原虫检测均为阴性,服药后可偶见恶心(3.1%)、厌食(1.6%)、头晕(1.2%)等症状。定期服药6个月后红细胞、白细胞、血小板数值较服药前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。生化检测表明服用该药物前后,谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、尿素(Urea)、肌酐(Cr)数值差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论口服复方双氢青蒿素片有较好的疟疾预防效果,该药物不良反应较少且无明显副作用,在疟疾疫区可做为一种理想的化学预防药物。 Objective To evaluate the malaria preventive effect and adverse reactions of compound dihydroartemisinin tablets and its effect on blood cells and biochemical laboratory test results.Methods Follow-up investigation on the use of malaria prevention drug compound dihydroartemisinin tablets was performed on 43 staff members of the Chinese Peacekeeping Hospital in DR Congo.Blood samples were collected for malaria parasite detection,whole blood cell analysis and Biochemical testing.Results Plasmodium test results of 43 hospital staff who regularly took compound dihydroartemisinin tablets were negative within 6 months.Occasionally,adverse reactions such as nausea(3.1%),anorexia(1.6%),and dizziness(1.2%)may occur after taking the medicine.There was no significant difference in red blood cell,white blood cell and platelet counts after taking the drug for 6 months(P>0.05).Biochemical tests showed there was no significant changes in ALT,AST,Urea,and Cr values before and after taking the drug(P>0.05).Conclusion Oral administration of compound dihydroartemisinin tablets can produce effective malaria prevention effect.The drug has fewer adverse reactions and no obvious side effects,which can be used as an ideal prophylaxis in malaria endemic areas.
