摘要 目的:建立 HPLC-ELSD 法测定复方双氢青蒿素片中双氢青蒿素(DHA)的含量。方法:采用 Lichrospher C_(18)色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(8:2),流速0.5 mL·min^(-1),ELSD 检测器条件:漂移管温度63℃,气体流量1.5L·min^(-1),撞击器位置:关。结果:DHA 在1.1~5.8μg范围内α-DHA 与β-DHA 峰面积之和与进样量有良好的双对数线性关系,平均回收率(n=9)为98.9%。结论:本法灵敏度高,专属性强,结果准确,前处理简单,适用于复方制剂中 DHA 的含量测定。 Objective :To establish a method for determination of dihydroartemisinin (DHA) in compound dihydroartemisinin tablets by HPLC -ELSD. Methods:The Lichrospher C 18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm)was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water(8: 2). The flow rate was 0.5 mL · min^-1. The drift tube temperature of ELSD was 63 ℃, the gas flow was 1.5 L · min^-1 and the impactor was off. Results: The linear range of DHA was 1.1 - 5.8 μg. The recovery ( n = 9) was 98.9%. Conclusion : The method is sensitive, specific, accurate, simple, and suitable for the determination of DHA in compound dihydroartemisinin tablets.
