摘要
总结了28例群体性预防性服用氯喹和伯氨喹不良反应(简称"7.12事件")患者的急救护理措施,包括迅速启动突发公共卫生事件应急预案;及时建立静脉通道,清除药物,纠正水、电解质平衡;密切观察病情;做好心理护理和善后工作。认为医务人员平时应加强培训,提高医务人员应急能力;加强现场组织管理和各部门工作人员的分工合作,有效组织人员及时参与抢救护理;保证急救器械、物品处于良好应急状态和妥善解决是圆满处理"7.12事件"的关键。
Summerized the emergency nursing experience of the treatment experience of the adverse reaction of groups of preventive dose of chloroquine and primaquine（ short title： ＂7.12 Event＂）, including starting emergent public health emergency pre -arranged plan, establishing intravenous route immediately, clearing drugs, correcting the balance of water and electrolyte, oberserving patients＇ conditions, psychological nursing and rehabilitations.
