摘要
本文主要介绍了世界卫生组织《重症疟疾管理实用手册》(第三版)的重点内容,较为详细地对重症疟疾的定义、诊断原则、并发症规范治疗及疟原虫治疗等方面的最新进展做了介绍,并简要分析了第三版与之前两个版本的差异,重点描述了抗疟药物选择及剂量的变化。本文同时结合我国重症疟疾的救治需求和《抗疟药物使用规范》的相关内容,以便于临床医师在重症疟疾患者的救治过程中行为更加科学、合理和规范。
This paper mainly introduced essential content of Management of Severe Malaria： A Practical Handbook （the 3rd Edition）, published by WHO. Definition of severe malaria, its diagnostic principles, and standard treatments of its complication, along with Plasmodium parasites treatments were elaborated from their latest developments. Also, this paper briefly introduced the differences between the 3rd edition and the first two editions, and it addressed on the changes of choice and dosage of anti-malaria drugs. At the same time, this paper combined the needs of treating severe malaria in China and relevant requirements in Technical Regulations for Application of Anti-malarials, which lead clinicians to more scientific, reasonable and standard treatments of sever malaria patients.
