摘要
目的了解武汉市农村地区二手烟暴露水平及其危害的正确认知情况。方法采用PPS法在武汉市农村地区抽取2500名合格的调查对象,由调查员使用《中国成人烟草调查问卷》入户进行电子数据采集,数据经清洗加权并计算分析二手烟暴露及其危害认知等指标。结果武汉市农村居民在家庭、工作和公共场所二手烟的暴露率分别为51.11%、51.55%和54.75%,男性和吸烟者二手烟暴露率高于女性和非吸烟者,差异有统计学意义,公共场所中餐馆、中小学校室外区域和诊所二手烟暴露率较高,分别为70.24%、34.36%和30.52%;对二手烟暴露导致成人心脏病、肺癌和儿童肺部疾病的正确认知率分别为39.84%、66.50%和62.19%,正确认知率在是否看到过控烟宣传方面差异有统计学意义。结论武汉市农村居民二手烟暴露形势严峻,且对二手烟危害尤其是对导致心脏病的正确认知不足。
Objective To understand the status and perceived risk of second-hand smoke exposure in rural areas of Wuhan City.Methods The PPS method was used to select 2,500 qualified respondents from rural areas of Wuhan.The investigators used the standard“China Adult Tobacco Survey”to conduct electronic data collection.The data were cleaned and weighted to calculate and analyze the exposure of second-hand smoke and its hazard perception.Results The exposure rates of second-hand smoke in households,workplaces,and public places in rural areas of Wuhan were 51.11%,51.55%,and 54.75%,respectively.The exposure rate of second-hand smoke among men and smokers was higher than that of women and non-smokers,and the difference was statistically significant.Second-hand smoke exposure rates in restaurants,outdoor areas of primary and secondary schools and clinics were 70.24%,34.36%and 30.52%,respectively.The correct recognition rates of exposure to second-hand smoke leading to adult heart disease,lung cancer and children's lung disease were 39.84%,66.50%and 62.19%,respectively.Whether or not to have accessed to the propaganda of tobacco control had a statistically different impact on the recognition rate.Conclusion The secondhand smoke exposure of rural residents in Wuhan was severe.Moreover,there was a lack of the correct recognition among the residents on the harms of second-hand smoke,especially those leading to heart disease.
