摘要
目的研究武汉市15岁及以上居民室内公共场所禁烟态度和禁烟规定的知晓率。方法采用分层多阶段整群概率抽样法,对2015年武汉市15岁及以上的5 000名城乡常住人口进行入户问卷调查。结果居民对室内公共场所禁烟支持度总体比较高,最高的为医院(96.90%),其次是中小学校(93.59%)、大学(90.14%)、出租车(89.18%)、工作场所(88.15%)、餐馆(75.46%),最低的是酒吧/夜总会(43.26%)。居民对室内公共场所全面禁烟规定的知晓率普遍不高,其由高到低依次为:出租车(58.13%)、医院(52.36%)、中小学校(48.68%)、大学(41.87%)、工作场所(37.83%)、餐馆(22.33%)和酒吧/夜总会(13.97%)。居民文化程度越高,对禁止吸烟的支持率和禁烟规定的知晓率均越高。结论武汉市大多数15岁及以上居民支持室内公共场所禁止吸烟,但对室内公共场所禁止吸烟的规定知晓率较低。建议加快武汉市无烟立法进程,加强烟草危害宣传,降低公共场所的二手烟暴露。
Objective To explore the awareness rate and attitude of indoor smoking ban in public places among adults in Wuhan.Methods With stratified multi-stage cluster sampling and probability proportionate,the survey was conducted on 5000 urban and rural residents aged 15 years and above in Wuhan,2015. Results Most respondents were supportive to ban indoor smoking in public,and the support rate of hospital ranked first（ 96. 90%）,followed by school（ 93. 59%）,university（ 90. 14%）,taxi（ 89. 18%）workplace（ 88. 15%） and restaurant（ 75. 46%）; less than a half of the residents supported the ban on smoking in bars or night clubs（ 43. 26%）. The awareness rates of rules for indoor smoking ban in different public places were generally low（ 58. 13% for in taxi,52. 36% for in hospital,48. 68% for in schools,41. 87% for in university,37. 83% for in workplaces,22. 33% for in restaurants,and only 13. 97% for in bars or night clubs）. The residents with higher education level had a higher support rate and awareness rate for indoor smoking ban in public places. Conclusion Although most of residents in Wuhan supported indoor smoking ban in public places,but the residents had a low awareness rate for the rules of smoking-free policy in public places. The results suggest that the legislation process of smoke-free in Wuhan should be speed up,and more education programs on tobacco harm should be promoted to reduce the second-hand smoking in public places.
