扬州市2014年-2017年手足口病流行病学特征分析 被引量:3

Epidemiologic features of hand-foot-mouth disease in Yangzhou City from 2014 to 2017

摘要 目的分析2014年-2017年扬州市手足口病流行病学特征,探索预防控制手足口病的有效方法。方法采用描述性流行病学方法对2014年-2017年扬州市手足口病发病资料和病原学检测资料进行统计分析。结果2014年-2017年扬州市共报告手足口病30507例,其中重症病例69例,年均发病率为165.44/10万。发病高峰在4月-7月和9月-12月,分别占病例总数的56.06%和30.58%;病例以≤5岁儿童为主,占病例总数的90.54%;男性发病率高于女性,男、女性别比为1.45:1;散居儿童、幼托儿童和学生分别占病例总数的57.82%、37.71%和4.16%。实验室确诊手足口病例964例,肠道病毒71型(EV71)占24.69%,柯萨奇病毒A组16型(Cox A16)占32.26%,其他肠道病毒占43.05%。结论扬州市手足口病流行呈现明显的季节、地区和人群特征,应加强疫情监测、病例管理以及对高危人群的健康教育,重视其他肠道病毒引起的感染。 Objective To analyze the epidemiologic features of hand-foot-mouth disease ( HFMD) in Yangzhou City from 2014 to 2017, and to explore the prevention and control measures of HFMD. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were conducted for the statistical analysis of the incidence data and pathogen detection data of hand, foot and mouth disease in Yangzhou City from 2014 to 2017. Results A total of 30 507 patients were diagnosed as HFMD in Yangzhou City from 2014 to 2017 , including 69 severe cases,with the average annual incidence as 165. 44/100 000. Two peaks of incidence were observed from April to July (56. 06%) and from September to December (30. 58%). Age of the patients mainly fell in children aged 5 and below, accounting for 90. 54% of the total cases. The reported incidence for males was higher than that in females, with the male-female ratio of 1.45 : 1. The proportions of all cases among scattered children, kindergarten's children and students with HFMD were 57.82%, 37. 71% and 4.16%,respectively. A total of 964 cases of laboratory diagnosis of HFMD were reported, with the EV71 accounting for 24.69%,the Cox A16 accounting for 32. 26%,and other enterovirus accounting for 43. 05%. Conclusion The prevalence of HFMD in Yangzhou City presented obvious seasonal , regional and crowd characteristics. It is suggested that programs as surveillance , case management, health education of disease on HFMD targeting on high-risk population should be intensively implemented. Particular attention should be paid to infections caused by other enteroviruses.
