摘要
近几年来我国对农业现代化建设高度重视,我国农业现代化水平得以快速提升,但我国绝大部分区域的农业现代化发展水平还有待提升,并且存在区域之间发展不平衡问题。为解决区域农业的现代化发展质量不平衡问题,基于农业现代化现有研究成果构建区域农业现代化质量评价体系,通过因子分析法计算2016年河北省各个区域的农业现代化发展质量综合得分,分析河北省存在农业现代化发展极不平衡的特点,同时还发现河北不同区域的农业现代化具有不同的发展模式和特点。在此基础上利用聚类分析对河北各个区域的农业现代化模式进行分类,发现不同类型的农业现代化区域呈现不同的农业现代化发展短板和优势。针对存在问题提出了相关建议。
In recent years, China’s overall agricultural modernization has been rapidly improved, but the quality of agricultural modernization in most regions still needs to be improved. And there is unbalanced development in these regions, so the quality issue of regional agricultural modernization should be examined and solved urgently. Based on the existing quality evaluation system for regional agricultural modernization, the comprehensive quality data of agricultural modernization in Hebei Province in 2016 are calculated by factor analysis. The data are analyzed to reveal that there is extremely unbalanced development in the existing agricultural modernization of Hebei Province, and that different regions may feature their own characteristics and distinct development models. On this basis, each region is examined by cluster analysis to demonstrate the disadvantages and advantages of concerning regions. Then specific suggestions are put forward.
