摘要
目的 研究比较关黄柏、关黄柏(丝)、盐关黄柏、炒关黄柏质量。方法收集20份关黄柏及其不同炮制品,测定并比较其中盐酸小檗碱、盐酸巴马汀的含量。结果 5份关黄柏原药材,盐酸小檗碱的含量1.30%~1.64%,平均值为1.47%(n=5);盐酸巴马汀的含量0.48%~0.65%,平均值为0.59%(n=5)。6份关黄柏(丝)盐酸小檗碱的含量1.10%~1.44%,平均值为1.24%(n=6);盐酸巴马汀的含量0.37%~0.58%,平均值为0.51%(n=6)。5份盐关黄柏盐酸小檗碱的含量0.90%~1.26%,平均值为1.04%(n=5);盐酸巴马汀的含量0.38%~0.51%,平均值为0.43%(n=5)。4份炒关黄柏盐酸小檗碱的含量1.14%~1.24%,平均值为1.19%(n=4);盐酸巴马汀的含量0.36%~0.49%,平均值为0.41%(n=4)。对关黄柏、关黄柏(丝)、盐关黄柏、炒关黄柏的盐酸小檗碱、盐酸巴马汀的结果进行单因素方差分析,以盐酸小檗碱为指标,关黄柏原药材与关黄柏(丝)、炒关黄柏存在显著性差异(P<0.05),关黄柏原药材与盐关黄柏存在极显著性差异(P<0.01),以盐酸巴马汀为指标,关黄柏原药材与盐关黄柏、炒关黄柏存在极显著性差异(P<0.01),其余无显著性差异。〖HT5”H〗结论 从盐酸小檗碱含量来看,关黄柏>关黄柏(丝)>炒关黄柏>盐关黄柏,关黄柏与关黄柏(丝)、炒关黄柏之间差异明显,与盐黄柏之间差异极明显;盐酸巴马汀含量,关黄柏>关黄柏(丝)>盐关黄柏>炒关黄柏。关黄柏切丝后会有一定有效成分的损失。以传统的临床功效来看,盐酸小檗碱的含量与关黄柏的药性呈一定的正相关,即药性越寒,盐酸小檗碱的含量越高。而盐酸巴马汀含量与其炮制方法的相关性不强。
OBJECTIVE To compare the quality of Phellodendri amurensis Cortex(PAC),PAC(silk),salt PAC,and saute PAC. METHODS To collect 20 samples of PAC and its different processed products,and determine and compare the content of berberine hydrochloride (BH) and Martin hydrochloride (MH).RESULTS In the 5 raw materials of PAC,the content of BH was 1.30%-1.64%,the average value was 1.47%(n=5),and the content of MH was 0.48%-0.65%,the average value was 0.59%(n=5).In the 6 PAC (silk),the content of BH was 1.10%-1.44%,the average value was 1.24%(n=6),and the content of MH was 0.37%-0.58%,the average value was 0.51%(n=6).In the 5 salt PAC,the content of BH was 0.90%-1.26%,the average value was 1.04%(n=5),and the content of MH was 0.38%-0.51%,the average value was 0.43%(n=5).In the 5 saute PAC,The content of BH was 1.14%-1.24%,the average value was 1.19%(n=4),and the content of MH was 0.36%-0.49%,the average value was 0.41%(n=4).The content of BH and MH which PAC,PAC(silk),salt PAC,and saute PACwas analyzed by the single factor variance analysis,BH as index,PAC raw materials of and PAC (silk),fried Phellodendron has significant difference ( P<0.05),significantly different raw materials of phellodendron and salt of Phellodendron ( P <0.01),Pakistan Martin with hydrochloric acid as the index,the raw materials of Phellodendron and salt,stir fried Phellodendron berberine has significant differences ( P <0.01),while no significant difference. CONCLUSION From the content of BH,PAC>PAC(silk)>saute PAC>salt PAC.There are significant difference between PAC and PAC(silk),PAC andsaute PAC.There are extremely significant difference between PAC and salt PAC.From the content of MH,PAC>PAC(silk)>saute PAC>salt PAC.There is a certain loss of effective components after cutting the Cortex Phellodendri.According to the traditional clinical efficacy,the content of berberine hydrochloride is positively correlated with the property of Phellodendron amurense,that is,the more cold the drug is,the higher the content of berberine hydrochloride.But the cor
