摘要
农业现代化发展水平评价是制定农业现代化发展有效策略的重要依据。根据农业现代化发展的内涵和要求,从农业生产投入水平、农业产出水平、农业可持续发展水平以及农村社会发展水平四个维度,运用熵值法构建科学合理的农业现代化水平评价指标体系,对福建省2011年67县、市(市辖区)农业现代化发展水平进行评价。基于评价结果,运用聚类分析方法将67个县域分为农村社会高度发展、要素高度集约以及特色资源集聚三类农业现代化发展地区类型,深入分析各类地区农业现代化发展特征以及农业转型升级的制约因素,提出针对性的对策建议。
Evaluation on the level of development of agricultural modernization is the important basis to develop effective strategies for the develop- ment of agricultural modernization. This paper is according to the content and requirements of the development of agricultural modernization, from the four dimensions of the level of agricultural production inputs, the level of agricultural output, the level of sustainable development of agricul- ture and rural social development level to build a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of agricultural modernization. Then it uses the entropy method to evaluate the agricultural modernization level. And this paper divides the 67 counties into three categories by cluster analysis method according to the evaluation results. Finally, this paper analyzes the various characteristics of every category and puts forward some sugges- tions to improve the agricultural modernization level.
