摘要 伴随着我国社会和经济突飞猛进的发展与进步,科学技术更是日新月异,在一定程度上,推动了多媒体信息技术的发展。在“互联网+”时代中,各项计算机信息技术的应用范围在不断扩大,使人们在生产与生活各方面得到了很大改变。在“互联网+”的时代背景下,针对人力资源,应当开展高效的管理与控制工作,从而确保其发展情况能够与社会发展方向相适应。 With the rapid development and progress of China's society and economy, science and technology are changing with each passing day, and to a certain extent, it promotes the development of multimedia information technology. In the era of "Internet+", the application scope of various computer information technologies is constantly expanding, which has greatly changed people's production and life. In the context of the "Internet+" era, for human resources, efficient management and control should be carried out to ensure that its development can be adapted to the direction of social development.
