摘要
目的调查超声引导下动静脉动静脉穿刺置管术在麻醉科规培医生之间的普及情况,筛选出影响操作能力提高的主要因素。方法2018年对两家规培基地95名麻醉规培医生进行问卷调查。结果有20人超声引导下动静脉穿刺操作例数为0,仅有9人的操作例数超过50;对超声引导桡动脉穿刺“熟悉”(含)程度以上的有23人,占比24.2%;对超声引导颈内静脉穿刺“熟悉”(含)程度以上有34人,占比35.8%。结论“规培期间缺少规范化系统性超声培训课程”是影响麻醉规培医师超声动静脉穿刺操作能力提高首要因素。
Objective To explore the application of ultrasound-guided artery and central venous catheterization and screen common factors affecting the improvement of residents' ability to perform ultrasound operations.Method A survey involving two standardization training bases and 95 residents were completed in 2018.Results Number of ultrasound-guided artery and central venous catheterization was 0 in 20 residents,and only 9 residents had more than 50 cases.There were 23 residents who were more familiar with the ultrasound-guided radial artery puncture,accounting for 24.2%. There were 34 residents who were more familiar with the ultrasound-guided internal jugular vein puncture,accounting for 35.8%.Conclusion Lack of standardized and systematic ultrasound training courses during the training period was considered to be the most important factor.
