摘要
脂肪细胞除储存脂质外,还能够分泌多种脂肪细胞因子,影响和调节脂肪组织或其他组织乃至整个机体的代谢。脂肪组织可能是胰岛素抵抗(IR)的始发部位,脂肪细胞分化异常导致脂肪细胞肥大以及脂肪巨噬细胞极化异常导致细胞因子分泌异常引发脂肪组织慢性炎性状态,其是导致IR的重要原因。因过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ(PPARγ)基因是脂肪细胞终末分化期的重要调控基因,同时在脂肪细胞极化及细胞因子分泌过程中起重要调节作用,所以与IR也密切相关。因此,深入了解PPARγ对于寻找有效改善IR的干预措施具有重要的临床意义。
In addition to storing lipids,adipocytes can secrete a variety of adipocytokines,which affect and regulate the metabolism of adipose tissue or other tissues as well as the whole body. Adipose tissue is the initiating site of insulin resistance( IR). Abnormal adipocyte differentiation leads to adipocyte hypertrophy and abnormal polarization of adipocyte,leading to abnormal cytokine secretion and inducing chronic inflammatory state of adipose tissue,which is an important cause of IR. Peroxisome proliferators activated receptor γ( PPARγ),which is an important regulatory gene in the terminal differentiation of fat cells,plays an important regulatory role in the polarization of fat cells and the secretion of cytokines,therefore is also closely related to IR. It is of great clinical significance to further understand PPARγ for finding effective interventions to improve IR.
