鬼箭羽三种提取物对氧自由基作用的影响 被引量:16

摘要 目的观察鬼箭羽(Euonymus A latus,EA)主要提取物对氧自由基的影响。方法从鬼箭羽中分离出总黄酮(Total F lavonolds of Euonymus A latus,TFEA)、总甾体(Total Steroids of Euonymus A latus,TSEA)和总多糖(Total Pol-ysaccharide of Euonymus A latus,TPEA),利用黄嘌呤/黄嘌呤氧化酶(Xanth ine/Xanth ine oxidase,Xan/XO)和多形核白细胞(Polymorphonuc lear leaukocytes.PMN)呼吸爆发介导鲁米诺化学发光(Chem lum inesence,CL)体系H2O2诱导大鼠肝匀浆脂质过氧化体系进行实验,观察3种成分对氧自由基作用的影响。结果TFEA和TSEA有良好的清除氧自由基作用,其中TFEA效果最好,TSEA次之。结论鬼箭羽提取物具有抗氧化作用,其主要成分是TFEA、TSEA和TPEA。 Objective To observe the effect of the chief components isolated from Euonymus Alatus on scavenging oxygen free radical. Methods Total Flavonolds of Euonymus Alatus (TFEA) ,total Steroids of Euonymus Alatus (TSEA) and total Polysaccharide of Euonymus Ala- tus (TPEA) were isolated from Euonymus Alatus, the effect of which on scavenging oxygen free radical were studied using Luminal chemiluminescence (CL) emitted by Xanthine/Xanthine oxidase (Xan/XO) and Phorbol - 12 - myristate - 13 - acetate (PMA) stimulated Polymorphonuclear leaukocytes (PMN) and lipid- peroxidation of rat liver homogenate induced by H2O2 -Fe^2+. Results It showed that both TFEA and TSEA possessed the ability for scavenging oxygen free radical. The effect of TFEA was stronger than that of TSEA. Conclusion: Euonymus Alatus possessed the ability for scavenging oxygen free radical, its the chief components are TFEA,TSEA and TPEA.
