摘要
鬼箭羽活性成分干预治疗糖尿病及其多种慢性并发症的作用机制包括:降血糖、抗氧化应激、抗感染、改善血液流变学、抑制人醛糖还原酶、保护肾脏细胞、保护心肌细胞等。其中,降血糖的作用机制包括调节糖脂代谢紊乱、改善胰岛素抵抗、保护胰岛β细胞、抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶等;保护肾脏细胞的作用机制包括:延缓肾小球硬化,保护肾小管上皮细胞等。目前,国内外学者针对鬼箭羽降糖及缓解糖尿病并发症的作用进行了大量研究,但大多数研究通过水提取或醇提取的方法进行,然而其水提物或醇提物并不能揭示鬼箭羽中全部化学物质的药理活性。鬼箭羽活性成分防治糖尿病及其并发症的作用机制尚未明确,且对于鬼箭羽的基础研究较多,临床应用研究相对缺乏。因此,今后应更加深入地探讨鬼箭羽的药理作用及其临床作用机制。
The mechanisms of Guijianyu(Ramulus Euonymi) and its active ingredients in the treatment of diabetes and its chronic complications include:reducing blood sugar,anti-oxidant stress,anti-inflammation,improving hemorheology,inhibiting human aldose reductase,protecting renal cells and protecting myocardial cells,etc.Among them,the mechanism of reducing blood sugar includes regulating the disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism,improving insulin resistance and protecting islets β cells,inhibiting α-Glucosidase,etc.And the mechanismof protecting renal cells include delaying glomerulosclerosis and protecting renal tubular epithelial cells,etc.At present,scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of researches on Guijianyu and its active ingredients in the treatment of diabetes and its chronic complications,but most of them are carried out by water extraction or alcohol extraction.However,their water extracts or alcohol extracts can not reveal the pharmacological activities of all chemical substances in Guijianyu.The active ingredients,parts and mechanisms of dealing with diabetes mellitus and its complications are not very clear.In addition,there are many basic studies on Guijianyu,but there is a relative lack of clinical application research.Therefore,the pharmacological action and mechanism of Guijianyu should be further explored in the future.
