摘要
"教育的人文主义"是联合国教科文组织一贯强调与坚持的基本原则和方法,而研究范式是一门学科存在和发展的关键所在。职业教育人文主义研究范式是一种主要基于反对"价值中立""理性独断"和"主客二分"逻辑与理念基础之上的职业教育研究方法论,它的确立、应用与发展对促进该学科方法论的建设与不断完善,以及推动学科自身发展都具有十分重要的价值与意义。通过审视与剖析职业教育人文主义研究范式的内涵、特征、价值与局限,探寻其发展走向,以期深化对这一研究范式的理解、应用与发展。
"Humanism in Education" is a fundamental principle and approach which the UNESCO always emphasizes and adheres to. Research Paradigm plays a vitally important role in the existence and development of any discipline. Humanism research paradigm in vocational education is a research methodology based primarily on the logic and concept of opposing "value-neutrality""rational dogmatism" and "subject-object dichotomy". Its establishment, application and development has great significance to the methodology of the discipline. This paper examines the connotation, characteristics, value and limitations of humanism research paradigm in vocational education, and explores its development.
