摘要
目的:探讨多学科协作护理联合优质护理对急诊患者的影响。方法:随机选取2017-02~2018-02本院急诊科收治的39例患者为对照组,施以常规护理;另选取2018-03~2019-03本院急诊科收治的39例患者为研究组,施以多学科协作护理联合优质护理。记录总住院时间、接收时间、分诊评估时间,比较院内转运时间、院内转运成功率、意外发生率、医疗纠纷发生情况,同时对护理效果进行评价。结果:对照组的总住院时间、接收时间、分诊评估时间明显均长于研究组( P <0.05);院内转运时间明显长于研究组( P <0.05),院内转运成功率明显低于研究组( P < 0.05),意外发生率明显高于研究组( P <0.05);医疗纠纷总发生率明显高于研究组( P < 0.05 );环境设施、服务态度、护理过程、护理结果以及总体评分均明显低于研究组( P <0.05)。结论:多学科协作护理联合优质护理使得急诊患者总住院时间、接收时间、分诊评估时间、院内转运时间有了明显改善,可明显降低意外发生率、医疗纠纷总发生率,有效提高院内转运成功率及护理效果。
Objective:To explore the effects of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing combined with high-quality nursing on emergency patients.Methods:Thirty-nine patients in department of emergency in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as control group,and was applied routine nursing.Thirty-nine patients in department of emergency in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as study group,and was applied multidisciplinary collaborative nursing combined with high quality nursing.The total hospitalization time,receiving time,triage evaluation time were recorded.The in-hospital transport time,in-hospital transport success rate,accident incidence rate,investigated the occurrence of medical disputes were compared,and the nursing effect were evaluated.Results:The total hospitalization time,receiving time and triage evaluation time of the control group were significantly longer than those of the study group(P<0.05).The in-hospital transport time in the control group was significantly longer than that in the study group(P<0.05),and the success rate of in-hospital transport in the control group was significantly lower than that in the study group(P<0.05),and the accident rate in the control group was significantly higher than that in the study group(P<0.05).The total incidence of medical disputes in the control group was significantly higher than that in the study group(P<0.05).The environmental facilities,service attitude,nursing process,nursing results and overall score of the control group were significantly lower than those of the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multidisciplinary collaborative nursing combined with high-quality nursing can significantly improve the total hospitalization time,reception time,triage evaluation time and in-hospital transport time of emergency patients,it can also significantly reduce the incidence of accidents and medical disputes,and effectively improve the success rate of in-hospital transit and nursing effect.
