摘要
目前老年住院患者跌倒的主要原因包括:年龄因素、疾病因素、药物因素、环境因素、心理因素、陪护因素等。针对以上因素,提出对住院老年患者进行跌倒风险评估、设立高危跌倒患者明显标牌、完善病房设施、保持周围环境安全、落实健康教育、提高护理人员防范跌倒的意识等措施来预防老年住院患者的跌倒。
Age, diseases, medicament,environment, mentality and accompanying nursing were rne main causes of tumbling in the elderly hospitalized patients. Considering the above factors, preventing measures to avoid tumbling accidents were outlined which include evaluating the risk of tumbling, establishing warning signs for high risk patients, improving the ward facilities, maintaining the safety of the surrounding environment, fulfilling health education and improving the awareness of nursing staff to prevent tumbling.
