摘要
以护理纠纷为视角,检索中国裁判文书网2010年10月1日-2019年12月31日护理医疗损害责任纠纷司法判决案例。共筛选出1099例护理纠纷案例。护理纠纷案例特征为涉及科室具有广泛性,护理人员过失行为具有普遍性,医护团队协作失调具有关键性。对此,应强化护理伦理意识,提高护理人员临床执业能力,提升医护团队合作能力。
In the perspective of nursing disputes,the Chinese judicial documents network was retrieved from 1st October,2010 to 31st December,2019 for nursing medical damage liability disputes judicial adjudication cases,and 1099 cases of nursing disputes cases were screened.The features of nursing dispute cases included the wide spread involved departments,the universal negligent behaviors of nursing staff,and the critical coordination disorder of medical team.Countermeasures were proposed,such as strengthening nursing ethics awareness,improving the clinical practice ability of nursing staff,and enhancing the cooperation ability of medical team.
